    • Inaccurate Ink-Remaining Gauge
I just started using this brand ink cartridges for my Canon TS6320 printer. Previously I stuck with Canon brand. Overall I have been satisfied with this brand. Seemed to perform equal too the Canon brand at a fraction of the price...until a few days ago. I was suddenly getting very faint printing from the black cartridge (PGBK). The "gauges" that Canon displays showed that I still had at least 25% of the ink remaining. Within a day or 2 the faint images became no image - no visible printing on the page. I suspected clogged print-heads. So I "cleaned" them. No improvement. Then I "deep cleaned them" TWICE. No improvement. I was thinking I was was going to have to replace the printer. Finally, I tried just replacing the PGBK cartridge. Success! Printing is back to normal. I have no idea why the graphic gauge showed there was still sufficient ink when apparently the cartridge was empty. I guess maybe this brand is not 100% compatible with a Canon TS6320. Disappointing.
