I don’t normally do product reviews but I adore this mascara! It is worth triple the price of not more! My only complaint is you need to let it dry for a few seconds before you start blinking or you will get it all over your eyelid it is very wet at first but it isn’t anything a q tip won’t fix!

I was using the BIG MOOD Mascara for awhile but didn't like the clumping or the wand style. I felt like the formula weighed my lashes down. Really love this mascara. In my 50 years on this planet, I've tried tons of mascaras and most are disappointing. I have long but sparse, stick straight lashes and to get them a bit lifted without clumping is a rare achievement. I rarely buy most mascaras again but here to get my 2nd tube of this. I have used some with a similar wand but didn't know how to use properly. This one gives clear instructions and works great. I don't think this is waterproof so I was a bit concerned about that, however, have had no issues. As with others I do need to scrape off the excess or will get clumps but overall this is a good one! ... show more

So… to be fair… my holy grail mascara for all day wear is still Peripera Ink Mascara, but…. I’m really, truly, very impressed with this mascara. It’s a “wet” formula so it has plenty of play time to build coats for volume and/or to curl your lashes. It wears very well without giving me raccoon eyes but does start to smudge on me a little bit between hour 6-8. My favorite thing is it’s so easy to remove at the end of the day! I’ve been on an elf cosmetic kick for a second, and am always on the hunt for a good mascara. This formula provides good coverage with one application, and looks good with additional coats applied soon after. The coverage lasts throughout the day with little to no flaking or melting. Some mascaras before have made my eyes water, causing the formula to soften and smear when I dab my outer eye to gather the tears. That’s not a problem here, and that’s a feature I really appreciate. The only thing I dislike is the spoolie. The diameter is very small and the rubber tips are quite firm. If you’re applying from the base of the lashes, the tips can easily poke your waterline or eyelid. My eyes hurt at even the reminder of the pain the spoolie causes when applying. I’ve had to modify my technique to be more cautious when applying, which is an unnecessary drag. ... show more

i have used. a lot of different elf products, especially mascara. and this has got to be the best. it does get clumpy if you put too much on, but that’s mascara for you. it doesn’t smudge under your eyes and it stays on all day. great for the price too!!

I have lots of short, thin lashes. I have to use a thin, curved brush in order to get my eyelashes to appear! I was looking for a new product that didn't cost an arm and a leg.
