I have pretty fair skin but also with alot of pink/red pigment to it. There is alot of color going on on my face overall. I chose the 3.0 fair color and it works perfectly for my face. IT covers the red very well while providing a nice glow that evens out my skin tone without using a heavy concealer. I LOVE LOVE this product. I have had it on for several hours now and no caking. I think you have to get the correct color however and that can be a little tricky. The color I chose works for me but i selected it based on the colors of concealer I have been using to find the closest match. I am super happy with this product. I will use this instead of concealer. Its also a game changer for aging skin and concern of over doing it with concealer that tends to worsen the appearance of wrinkles. I only used this in areas where there is discoloration not all over my face. I also applied the product on my upper cheekbone and upwards to my temple and it does give a nice lift look to my face. ... show more

Magical! I can’t believe how great this Elf product feels and looks. In my 60’s and I put this on and was more than pleased! I put it on alone to see what it looks like. Covers brown spots feels fabulous and looks like a filter. I have used a lot of high-end products and this surpasses any of them. Then I added a skin tint over it to see what it looked like, and it was amazing! The finish is Dewey and glows perfectly. This is something everyone should try and the price point is even better. Let me just say: this stuff is witchcraft in a bottle. I’ve tried everything from $6 drugstore dupes to $60 luxury brands that come with gold lids and a sense of superiority—but this? This is it. The shade match is freakishly perfect, whether I’m rocking my summer tan or my “haven’t seen the sun in 6 weeks” winter skin. It feels light as air, like my pores are wearing yoga pants. The coverage is buildable, natural, and never cakey—unless you go a bit overboard, in which case you’ll cross from “dewy goddess” into “freshly basted turkey.” Moderation, friends. I've repurchased multiple times, and I never repurchase makeup unless I’m emotionally attached. It’s that good. And with a little setting powder, it stays put all. dang. day. Even when life doesn’t. Bonus points for the luxury glass packaging—it looks so high-end, it makes my vanity feel like it pays rent. Only complaint? The doe-foot applicator. Her tone is a little tanner so her color was a little darker than what I would normally buy but it just made my skin look so pretty.
