This is my favorite plane. I cannot say anything bad about this one besides the landing gear will bend slightly, just bend them back in place and good to go. I recommend taking the landing gear completely off if you want to rebend it back in place. You don't want want to use the leverage from fuselage to torque down on it. Beautiful and well made plane. Instructions were not the clearest and with some parts needing more than wat was stated for final assembly. My biggest gripe is the Navigation strobes and one of the front landing lights are not properly working. I might need to reach out to e-flight about that. Once in the air it is a stable flyer.

This plane really is about the best all around airplane for almost any skill level. SAFE provides stability and gives confidence to the new pilot, AS3X provides useable stability and confidence to the experienced pilot in windy conditions. When both are turned off this plane can do things that no crop duster will ever do. It tracks strait as an arrow, unlimited vertical with 4 cell, highly maneuverable on high rates. GREAT AIRPLANE. It’s about my 30th or so and it’s top 5. Enough said. Also I’m not a fake reviewer, I’m a country Mississippi boy. Thanks! ... show more

E-Flite does it again. The Air Tractor was extremely easy to put together and unlike other brands, the parts actually fit. From the time I opened the box I was in the air within an hour. The Air Tractor flies like a dream. It's a shame that E-Flite discontinued the Pawnee but this plane takes over for it. It's not only visually appealing but it responds better than nearly most of my fleet. Most of the guys in my club are lining up to buy their own. ... show more

    • Be careful with tail wheel install
This plane came well packed and was very easy to assemble, except for the tail wheel. The instructions totally ignored this step. However, I discovered that if you go to the Horizon website and download the latest manual, they have added a bit of new instructions on the tail wheel there. Have not flown yet. Hoping to maiden mine tomorrow. It sure is a beautiful plane! ... show more

The airplane is a good replica of the full size plane. The instructions are clear and assembly is quite simple. NO GLUE 😄

    • Efite’s quality control has gone down.
Efllite quality was once very dependable but I must say was disappointed with this model. It flys great but I was disappointed to see the exhaust pipes twisted in opposite directions and glued in. The battery tray and esc were both flopping around loose and were never glued and the manual was very lack g when it came to the tail section. Things that never should pass QC. ... show more
