Coffee and tea without crema For filter coffee and tea types, the capsule machines build up 2-4 bar pressure so that no crema layer is created in the classic way. This works fully automatically through the interaction of the machine with the capsule. The coffee & espresso maker is factory-set to a certain oz amount for each drink /button. You can change this setting. The adjustable range varies depending on the machine type. This filling quantity is saved and remains stored even after you turn of the machine.
