Excellent quality but the sizing is off. The ones I ordered were marked XL but the sizing was much more like a L. Not much more than a M.

Gloves in XL were of excellent quality and great value. Leather was supple and not too thick for work with bees, giving good protection from stings but not clumsy feeling. I think these are superior gloves for the task and excellent value.

Used this in combo with a bee jacket reviewed elsewhere. Fit pretty good for me size XL but I wear a size 9.5 glove. I had never harvested honey, and I tried to bee careful but to my amazement about halfway through a very long day I noticed I had crushed a bee in my hand while picking up a bee brush. The stinger was also visible in my glove at the base of my thumb. I felt bad as I had quickly developed a sense of respect for these bees. Then I also noticed about a half dozen more stingers left in various areas of both gloves, but I felt fine! I wasn’t stung! So if these fit you, I’d recommend them being a little loose, I think they’ll work for you. My only reservation is that the elastic in the mid bicep length glove (I’m 6’1”, 190 lbs) feels to me like it’s not likely to be very durable. You might have to use tape or get a new elastic sewn in. Otherwise once your done, the glove fingers will be stuck together from honey. No problem, with the gloves on when you’re done, a little dish soap and warm water just wash your gloved hands briefly like you would with honey on your ungloved fingers, rinse, hang up to dry for next year! If like me you’ve never harvested honey and like me you’re curious and relatively in control of your emotions, you won’t regret it! It is neat as hell to be that close to these amazing creatures and see the miracle that is their hive and honey. What a privilege.

This is a pair of very long beekeeping gloves(about 20 inches long) with integrated sleeve vents and quality stitching.! Not only protect the hand, they also protect the arm. The goatskin leather was soft and do not impede the dexterity needed to remove, inspect and/or clean frames.I like it very much!!
