Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool PH2 De-NOx​ purifies and hygienically humidifies the whole room.⁴ It also cools you.⁶ Hygienically removes 99.9% of bacteria in the water.¹⁰ Removes odors and gases,¹ and continuously destroys formaldehyde.⁹ Advanced air purification captures 50% more NO₂.⁸ The fully sealed, 3-stage filter system captures 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns.³ The whole purifier, not just the filtration system, is fully sealed to HEPA H13 grade.³ Air Multiplier™ technology projects over 77 gallons per second of smooth, yet powerful airflow.⁷ Connects to the MyDyson™ app to control and monitor air quality from anywhere, or hands-free with compatible voice services.⁵¹Gas capture rates vary.²Refers to non-living material.³Particle challenge with DEHS oil specified in EN1822 within a chamber specified in ASTM F3150. Perfect fan + air purifier + humidification of our bedroom. Although I can’t really say that the price justifies the features. Here’s what I feel you are paying for: 1. The Dyson brand itself 2. The Humidifier 3. The Purifier 4. The design and aesthetic look of it. There’s a modern professional feel with the way it looks. 5. The remote and app control using phone via wifi feature 6. The fan itself. Noise level: The fan is a tiny bit loud on full blast. This is either white noise or irritiating depending on who’s using. Smell: Definitely smell eliminating product. The product itself even detects a slight change in air quality. If you are using this close to a kitchen and it absorbs air from what you’re cooking, the product itself will automatically adjust to compensate. If you think all of these is worth the 900$++ (with discount), I recommend that you buy it! ... show more

    • Brutal Customer Service Experience Makes This a Poor Value
This item was owned for a total of seven weeks, and the humidifier feature has not properly worked since taking the item out of the box. Initially, I called the Dyson customer service center in hopes that my issues could be worked out, but despite their best efforts we could not rectify the problem. That's where things became very frustrating. I was told by Dyson that they would not send me a replacement item and that I needed to send my 7 week old $900 humidifier to their out-of-town service center at my expense, and that they would do an evaluation of the product and would have an "outcome" within 21 business days. At that time, I was told that they would call me to "explain my options", despite the fact that the product has a two year warranty. Since the product was still within my Amazon return window and did not work since taking it out of the box, Amazon has been kind enough to let me return if for a refund the the original payment method, but, at this price point, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect more proactive behavior from the manufacturer. We have owned other Dyson products in the past with mixed results, decided to give them another try with this premium humidifier, and I should have heeded the warnings that I read online about this common issue with this product. Unfortunately I will go out of my way to not be a Dyson customer in the future, but am grateful for Amazon's transparent return policy in this case. ... show more

    • Easy to use, is effective in humidifying, good value for the money
Needed this humidifier fan due to a recent asthma flareup. Noise level is adequate for what it does, although it is a bit large, it fits in the corner of my room perfectly, it’s effective at humidifying, does not leak, is easy to use, and looks great! Strong work 💪🏽

    • Good product… if it works.
I live in Colorado where it is very dry most of the time. I wanted a humidifier for our bedroom but one that would effectively humidify the whole room and, while I’m at it, I would like it to purify the air as well. This unit is VERY expensive, but I felt that healthy sleep is worth the cost in the long run. Straight away I was very happy with it - it got the levels of pollutants down and was humidifying. A couple of weeks in, though, I got the “drip tray overflow” error when everything was completely dry inside. The humidifier and the fan oscillation subsequently stopped working. I contacted customer support and eventually they told me to send the unit in for repair in the original box that it came in. I stupidly had gotten rid of the box (note: DO NOT GET RID OF THE BOX). I had no idea how to get a box big enough for this thing. I kind of put it on the back burner and was just utilizing the air purifier aspect (though I missed the humidity). After 4 months (idk how time passed so fast), I got an email saying that they had cancelled my repair. I contacted them again, explaining I was having a hard time shipping it back because I didn’t have a box. They explained that UPS would package it for me if I just took the unit in there and opened a new repair ticket for me. I finally got around to taking it to UPS and they indeed were able to package it up for me before sending it to the repair center. The repair was completed very quickly and shipped promptly back to me. I was SO excited - I filled up the water tank and plugged it in right away. The drip tray overflow error was gone… but now it wouldn’t recognize that the water tank had water in it and the oscillation feature was still broken. I contacted customer support again, and they offered a brand new replacement product if I shipped the old one back. I did this right away, and a couple of weeks later, I received my brand new replacement unit. I got it all set up and so far so good! Fingers crossed it holds out this time. ... show more

I did a lot of research before buying a Dyson. This year I developed seasonal dust allergies for the first time, and I knew I definitely needed an air purifier. Dyson beat out every other brand in terms of functionality. It’s super convenient, quiet, the app is fantastic, and most importantly—it really works. Ever since I bought it, I haven’t had any allergy symptoms at home. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone! ... show more

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Straight out of the box, it was malfunctioning. It wouldn't humidify at all because it kept thinking the drip tray had overflowed (even though it was completely dry in there). And then I tried to run the recommended deep clean cycle, and it was stuck in limbo on step 1 of the process. I sent it back to amazon and got a replacement, only to have the SAME exact issue on the second unit. Their solution? Send it to Dyson's repair center straight after opening it.
