This bed is super comfortable, however everytime I get into the bed I sink into it like quick sand. I couldn't figure out why for the life of me, until I reread the description. It's MEDIUM firm, and not FIRM. So that was my bad for not realizing this before I made my purchase. The bed says it's cooling gel, I cannot confirm or deny that part because I sleep with a heating pad for my back (due to fibroids and I work in an urgent care setting) and a fan on to create a balanced temperature for me to sleep comfortably. One thing I will say is that once I hit my pillow and say my prayers, I'm pretty much out for the night. Since I've had this bed I have woke up in a panic several times because I felt like I overslept and I check the time and I still have a few hours left lol. Once the alarm does go off I don't want to get up because my bed is so soft. So purchase this bed at your own risk.
