Came well packed and mostly assembled. 1. Attached the handle bars into neck and tighten with an allen wrench. 2. Attach the pedals with a 15mm wrench. 3. Mount the training wheels with a 15mm wrench. 4. Install the cross bar pad/backpack with the velcro strips. 5. Adjust the hand brakes. (Has a coaster brake too) 6. Fully inflate the tires. Our daughter is OBSESSED with all 3 trolls movies, so this was an awesome gift for her. We upgraded from a 14” strider to this as her first pedal bike and it’s been perfect. Was simple enough to put together. The hand brakes are a little hard for her to squeeze but she CAN squeeze them (she’s 4.5 yrs). The bike also DOES stop with backward pedal which is great because she has that option if she can’t squeeze the hand brakes. She’s ridden this bike on concrete/pavement as well as on trails and it’s great. We didn’t use the training wheels so can’t speak to those. I DO wish it had a kickstand. We ordered one from Amazon to add on and it works fine, but wish it had one that matched the color of the bike. Overall 99% satisfied with this bike! ... show more

We got this bike for our daughter for her 5th bday. It came as expected and by husband had no issues assembling it. The colors are so bright and vibrant on it, it us for sure a girly bike ! What a total and complete piece of garbage this bike is... 1. The product was delayed 2 weeks - that should have been a sign to cancel. 2. The wheels are so poorly put together, they are about 1/2 from true, and rub against both the front and rear brakes. 3. The brakes are complete garbage, without an hours worth of adjustment, they constantly run against one side of the rim. 4. The frame is so cheap that when I was trying to tighten the seat post, it cracked and ruined the paint near the seat. 5. The bearings in the wheels don't even allow the wheel to spin freely - It's so hard to pedal this bike right out of the box. 6. My daughter tried riding this right out of the box, instantly I regretted getting this piece of crap, she couldn't pedal, and was instantly jerked to the side when both brake pads on the left grabbed at the same time. Lukily she was riding on dirt, or she might have really been hurt. 7. After 4 hours of adjustments, I got the back wheel to spin freely, I got it so that it was easier to pedal, but the brakes are so awful, that I just pulled them off the bike. I don't recommend anyone buying this bike, and I would strongly recommend against anything Dynacrap, a complete waste of time and money. What a disappointment. ... show more
