The media could not be loaded. This is a very large heavy printer. We had issues with the software not loading up but I messaged the seller and they got back to me quickly and resolved our problem. This is our first UV DTF printer and it is working good right now, they sent us extra ink which is great. It does print beautiful bright vivid stickers. Extra thanks to the engineer that helped us get the software working. Update: We have been printing everyday now for 2 weeks and have had no trouble with this machine. I LOVE it! I could not give a 0 star on this. Customer is terrible. They ship the machine first from China. Ink and film comes separate and customs holds it. Be aware this machine its hard to set up. Machine after a month its printing lines on 1 side. Seller is not willing to work with customer and get refunds from a defective machine.

Printer came packaged very well. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was assigned a technician that reached out to me for any assistance I may need in the future. terrible customer service, they do not assist you in a timely manner. i have been trying to fix a small issue for about 3 hours now. service is inconsistent, i've had the machine for a month and there's always an issue with it. i would stay away from this machine! one of the worst investments you can make, this machine is very expensive and for the lack of assistance and explanation you receive its not worth it.

The media could not be loaded. Great printer! Super easy to use, vibrant colors and low odor. If I have to get additional printers Im definitely getting another one of these. Technical support was great to help me with an issue with my computer (not the machine) when I was setting it up. I highly recommend it! Also shipping was very fast and packaged well.
