    • DO NOT BUY JUNK EQUIPMENT AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
DO NOT BUY. This has been the worst experience with a compmay ever. Printer arrived but shaker oven was a week in half after that. So once it arrived I finally opened it all. Started with printer. Spent 4 hours in early hours of going back in fourth with them in china just to get software to work. Once that was resolved. I was hesitant to add ink bc says cant return once ink was added. They reassured me if it was still having problems id be able to return it.( still trying to get this setup returned) so I added the ink and it wouldn't load ink. So they want me to troubleshoot the brand new 4k machine. So back in fourth for another early morning 1 2 am. To find pump wasnt working so I replaced it with the spare that was sent. Obviously a known issue to send a spare. Finally after days of late night's and early mornings it was working. So opened shaker oven. To find it dented and dinged. When I told this they said its just cosmetic you'll be fine. Excuse me !!! Wanted to test it before sending it back for return it had broken wires and sensor that turns paper roller on worked occasionally causing film to burn in oven. This has been worst experience with trying to get this junk back to them and my money back. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT JUNK AND HEADACHES . ... show more

Do not buy this from this company you will loose your money and then some. Started out not getting it to work finally they got it going worked for a couple months then pump went out and then printhead and still don’t work. They are in china I am in u.s they contact me at 1 a.m while I am asleep to do different things. Not worth the hassle update: did finally get it working again after 2 months ... show more
