Customer service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+, quick to respond, very kind and understanding. We ordered two of these dressers and unfortunately both arrived damaged. I think this could be resolved by packing with thicker styrofoam to support the heavy pieces! Construction: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We tried to build one with the faulty pieces so insight on building: it WILL take you a few hours and I think that’s expected of a 7-drawer dresser. The tracks for the drawers are not pre-installed so that alone will take you awhile - set yourself up on the couch with your favorite show going and putting the drawers together will fly by! Overall item: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It looks nice, smaller than expected even though the measurements are provided (it’s one thing to read them and another to try placing a few shirts in there to see just how quickly it fills up). Even if you got the drawers aligned by adjusting the tracks, the weight of the clothes throws the balance off so fair warning you will be adjusting those a bit!

There was no instructions so this was such a disappointment to buy. Super small so it’ll hold like 4 shirts in one drawer. It’s a pretty drawer when it’s gonna Finally be put together I’m sure. Who knows when that is though without NO FRICKEN INSTRUCTIONS!!!! 🤬
