This radiator arrived quickly. It was very well packed and there was no damage. I like the fact it comes with a cardboard wrap over the fins, and in this case it was able to be left on until installation was pretty much complete. This further protected the fins from accidental bumps and such. It fit perfectly into my 2001 Frontier 2.4 and did not leak. The unit was a bit lighter than the OEM unit it replaced, but I attribute that to residual coolant still in the old radiator and not to inferior materials. Time will tell about durability, but my old one lasted 25 years. An OEM radiator was $300, so this was a great value for the money.

I received a bent one. Box has no impact or bend marks. Check this out.. Also is there no QC to ensure that an undamaged one gets sent, or is this why it's half the cost of one at AutoZone or O'Reilly??? This is unacceptable for a new item, now if I went to a salvage yard I might expect to see this crap however I wouldn't purposely purchase a damaged radiator... The box damage is from opening package. A week wait for essentially a useless radiator.... This will compromise the core and cause pin hole leaks... You expect a new unbent unmangled radiator. Right? Thanks for wasting a week of my time I REALLY appreciate that. New one or full refund. Send it overnight to correct your error due to lack of quality control. Seriously who looked at that radiator and said "yesssss, this one is good box it up."?? Look at the square with radiator in pics.. LOOOOOOK ATTTT IIIIIT!!!! A simple builders square shows just how mangled and bent this is... No way you can claim it's undamaged. Seller, would you accept this crap if you bought one and received about 2 dollars worth of scrap metal? Install isn't a problem. I'm a mechanic. I can swap this in just under an hour, as I cannot be 100% sure that it won't leak I'm not wasting my time and as result am leaving ease to install rating mpty.. Value for money... Well there's no value other than scrap for a damaged radiator hence the 1 star for that rating category. If I could leave 0 stars oe negative stars that would be ideal, though amazon forces one star at minimum, sort of like how we now give out participation trophies now.. You don't even deserve a participation trophy... Fix it, fix it now! If you make it right, I'll revise the review to reflect such action, if no action is taken to make it right this review shall stand as it is, now. UPDATE: Well command decision made, Return started. I noticed it's now an unavailable item at time of writing this. Well vendor, you'll have one you can sell again since you've got no problem sending defective goods to customers. If you had a problem sending defective goods to customers youd have quality control in place to prevent shipping scrap radiators to people under the guise of "new".. HOW HARD IS IT TO CHECK AN ITEM CONDITION TO MAKE SURE IT IS GOOD PRIOR TO BOXING FOR SHIPMENT TO CUSTOMER?? Seriously.. That's just negligent, nothing but negligent. As a mechanic there's no way I can charge a customer for a completed job if I got extra bolts and parts left over.. Why because that would be dishonest and negligent and also potentially hazardous and dangerous.. Clearly you completely and entirely lack standards for goods and customer service.
