  • Good investment/plan accordingly/take my advice
Sturdy and stylish. The parts do seem flimsy until you get them together. It is very sturdy and very cute. It does take time though. But that’s to be expected. A couple of tips: first thing is to plan hours the day prior to spend removing the plastic covering from every single tin piece. We did not do this and it was quite annoying to do the day of building. This is a multi person job. Atleast 2 people. Took us 8 hours so plan a day. Also two drills if possible. Obviously you don’t want to abuse the screws and hit them with a drill hard but it saves SO much time using them gently. Unfortunately we were not able to manage such small screws with the gloves provided so we did end up with several cuts. Lastly when laying out your pieces, some did not come with labels so you will need to match the pictures. I suggest having a sharpie to write on those with so you aren't confused later. Overall I’m very pleased. ... show more

  • Looks great in photos, plan on hours of installation and headaches
This shed looks amazing in the photos and the video showing how to assemble it. It started missing 2 key parts to assemble the outer frame. I waited 2 weeks to get those parts shipped. I have spent the better part of 8 hours assembling this shed and still need to attach and assemble the doors. Based on other reviews that could be another 3-5 hours. I have pulled sides off and reattached them as the corners were either too long or to short. I thought I had assembled the frame incorrectly and reinspected that, it was just as the instructions stated. The roof, I can't reach the middle to put the screws in and to boot, the panels do not line up with the holes on the roof. I have one side that the panels hang off the shed by 1/2 an inch and the other side where they hang off 2 inches. I keep thinking I had to have done something wrong, but you can only assemble the frame one way. The roof panels also do not mesh cleanly together. After assembly, I have 4 leaks in it. I need to figure out where those are coming from. I did read someone used foam spray and I'll most likely start there to fix the leaks. All in all, I am starting to think in the case of this shed, you get what you pay for. I called to complain or get support and they did offer a discount, but wow, it really isn't worth the headache. I have assembled other sheds on my property and they went together just fine without any leaks. This one is a real pain. It is a shame because the seller has been responsive and helpful. I just wish their product went together correctly. After watching the video 20 times, I noticed on the roof panels in the video, the center trim piece is crooked. They couldn't get their own instruction video to line up. I still don't know if I can lay on the roof to get the final screws in the middle. I don't want to collapse it. At the end of the day, with spray foam or silicone, I'll get the roof to stop leaking. Don't buy this thinking it will be a quick assembly. I also recommend you build a subfloor to attach this so it remains level. Either that or put it on a level concrete pad. ... show more

  • Definitely not weather proof
Color: Dark Gray Size: 8x4FT
Others have said in comments that you will have to drill holes as the pieces don't match. This is bad information! If the pieces don't match, you have the wrong pieces or have them oriented wrong. I did drill an extra hole using this bad advice, only to later realize one piece was backwards. The instructions aren't great. For example, it will show you to put a screw in a hole but not mention the other 5 holes on the panel or door. Hint: there is enough screws to fill every hole and have 20+ left over. It's tough to figure out at first but once you get going, it goes up easily. I would recommend 3 people for when you first stand it up and attach the walls together because the walls are flimsy and will bend if not individually held. We did it with just two of us but it wasn't easy or fun. The doors are not weather tight. This will not protect anything from water getting in the doors or the floor. But it is perfect if you are looking for a shed that your HOA won't be able to see. ... show more

  • It's functional, looks like picture
Well, it's okay. Putting the whole thing together took a couple of days because the instructions aren't the best. Peeling the plastic off was a chore in itself. Highly recommend you do that all in one go from the very beginning vs while you're putting it together because it will certainly drag the process out even LONGER if you don't. (I removed the plastic off prior to assembly) We have it on a sturdy platform base, it took several tries to get the doors to align. And while the lock works the bottom gaps out and we will need to rig it somehow to keep rodents from getting in because it refuses to close properly. Other than that, it looks nice, and it will work for what we need it for. But if someone asked me if I'd ever buy it again the answer is NO. I'd just as well save my money and splurge a little more for something that fits together easier and better, and is less of a headache to assemble. Also- get yourself a good pair of working gloves, because the ones they give you are NOT going to be useful at all for protection against metal cuts. They're basically gauze. So overall, it's functional, sturdy enough for what we need. And looks nice. My biggest disappointment was how long it took to assemble and the difficulty of getting the doors to align properly. And you need to get proper hand protection. I'm hoping it holds up to weather, I guess time will tell. So far no rain has gotten in. And we've had a lot of rain. ... show more

  • Good looking, small hardware and plastic hard to handle.
This is a good looking product and what you’d expect for a metal shed. Easy setup, but hard parts are: 1. The plastic coating takes really long to pull off as it’s hard/sticky/tears easy. 2. Really small hardware trouble to handle. 3. Fair amount of light and air gets through the base and roof. You will need to fill it with foam or other. ... show more
