It's a sturdy little shed. It withstood rain and winds. I think that the assembly difficulties are moderate - you will need tools like electrical drill or drivers.

Update: Seller contacted me after review posted. Good customer service! Its ok. Wobbly and moves in and out of square once completed. I added concrete around the outside of the floor and that helped a lot, walls don't move anymore, so solid ending. Pay double at the Big box clubs and you get a better building (have installed, removed, re-installed one of those, so I know the quality of both buildings), thinker, sturdier walls. But this is ok for a budget. Just keep expectations low. ... show more

    • Do not Symbol if the temperature drops below 60° plastic gets very brittle

As the instruction say, it would be a lot easier assembly with two people, however, I was able to assemble it myself, but I had to leave the window out to get it the roof to pull into position. What is the net seems like a little hold up and a good product.
