Do not buy this shed they make it look so easy on the video putting it together in assembly. When you watch the roof installation on the video, it literally shows the roof flying onto the top of the shed. Instructions say that roof install is a 2 person install; at best extremely difficult even with a second person. In general the pieces look like they fit very easily together, but when you try to do it, they don’t. The shimming tool included is a must since many of the pieces don’t fit with ease; you have to force them together. The installation manual is quite vague. Pictures are good, but there’s not enough detail around some of the unique things that have to be done.

Positive: it seems durable and waterproof as advertised since I just had a strong rainstorm and everything is dry inside. I've only had it up for a few days so not sure how it'll hold up in the sun. It says two people mighty be needed but even with two is was very hard and I'm a very handy person. I did most of it by myself--even getting the roof on by myself--using a ladder to hold one end up high so l could slide the roof up. Negative: Advertised as easy to install but it's not at all easy. If everything is not aligned exactly right you have to undo previous sections and start again. Photo shows window on the left but instructions are for the windows to bed in the right. I ordered two so when I install second one I hope I can flip the window. Instructions were not detailed as advertised. Very little wording and all drawings mostly so you find out later what would've been helpful sooner. Also, instructions called for a part labeled CP but the party was marked DP. I had to use a process of elimination to figure out what part the instruction was referring to.

Once complete it seems pretty solid, but putting it together is not for the easily discouraged. I've put sheds together from other manufacturers (Suncast) and I found this one to be unusually complicated. On the good side all parts were there and in general the instructions were good. However in some cases, where the orientation of a piece was particularly important, the enlarged picture of the piece was so small that it was impossible to be sure you had it right. By looking ahead and testing the piece in various configurations I was able to get it right. Of particular difficulty was placing the roof on the four walls. This absolutely requires two people and a lot of juggling things until they fit. Be sure to check that assemblies are square when they instruct you to...it is essential. All's well that ends well and the finished product is generally good. Just give yourself some time and patience with the assembly.

This is a great storage box for a swimming pool or lake pier which is why I bought it. The box is easy to assemble and it is durable and has plenty of space. We fit all of our pier items in the box to include two lounge cushions. I discovered a defective part with my box and the owners replied promptly from the enclosed email for customer support. The owners were flexible and generous with finding a solution. I would highly recommend purchasing this box if you have a need for large outdoor storage.

It leaks big time. I have sprayed four cans of Flex Seal on it so far. The floor is weak. Don’t put a generator on it. There are no shelves. I bought some plastic ones for it. There are no hooks for a rake or shovel to hang from the wall. I couldn’t build it and had to pay for someone else to build it. I watched the build video four times, but I’m just too old, I guess. So, that was another $200. It took him, a professional, slightly more than three hours to build. It is decent sized and looks nice. I don’t recommend this shed.
