Was very nervous about ordering this tree. Looked too good to be true at the price. It's EVEN BETTER in person. First night I put it up it was like having a old fashion Balsam tree and with 500 light it is Perfect. I have a lot of Vintage ornament and the Glass beads have been packed away for years because they just wouldn't hang right on the over full older tree. Unfortunately the next day I went to turn it on and it would not. My Dog chewed the Cord in half. Managed to get ahold of the manufacturer and they have a new one Coming. Great responses with them. Please don't be afraid of ordering this Beauty. Only Problem is that My Dog destroyed the remote control and none of the universal remotes will change the light color from all white to multi colored. There customer Suppose via E-mail although slow, worked with me and are sending a replacement remote control. VERY PLEASED and worth every penny ... show more

This tree is AWFUL. Please don’t waste your money. It is sparse and did not come with what was promised. This is my first Amazon review, but i just couldn’t let it go unsaid. People said it’s natural looking. Not so! We live on outskirts of a forest and this is sparse and disappointing, not realistic at all. ... show more

The Remote has a Short or Something in it, it doesn’t Turn Off, Unplugging the Tree is Off, a Few Buttons work on it but to say what they cause the lights to do, you can’t really, because the Lights Eventually have a Mind of there own. But, the Tree itself, is Beautiful!!!

I waited to do a complete review before I put it together. It was very easy to do and it looks real. I must share that it doesn’t have a place to attach a topper. It has enough lights so there is no need to add more. I am very pleased and would recommend it to my family and friends

Be careful ordering from Amazon Resale. I bought the used tree, 2 broken branches on the bottom. I returned and purchased new. Tree is BEAUTIFUL.

Dissatisfied Quality poor, truly disappointing, needles are dollar tree and plastic endings. Lights were tiny and color poor.

    • Beware this tree-the maze of wires.
I gave it three stars because the tree itself isn't bad. There are issues though. The lights are all a yellowish white. They are wired on using their cords. The way is is done prohibits the branches from being properly spread out/fluffed up to make the tree look good. We got rid of the lights and miles of wire wound needlessly around many branches and added our own colored lights. It took two of us a couple hours to do this unwiring job. Avoid this tree if you can find one with a less complicated wiring job or just get a plain tree and do your own lights like we ended up doing. ... show more
