Perfect product
This paint is truly excellent. It goes on very smoothly, and it’s almost impossible to get drips. The slower curing time actually helps, giving you more flexibility for corrections. I do recommend paying attention to the proper mixing ratio, because if it’s not mixed well, it may start hardening in the middle of the bucket. Overall, I really liked this product — it almost turns into a ceramic-like finish, very shiny and very beautiful.

So simple and looks amazing
Excellent product. Used it to redo a 100 inch vanity and had plenty left over. No smell or odor. I'd recommend keeping as little air movement to avoid fuzzies and dust settling.

Great, but needs a video and better instructions
This product needs a video to show how to apply. No QR code or youtube videos found. The written instructions aren't too bad, but this process is a little complicated. There are a lot of steps and the clock starts ticking once the epoxy is mixed. Here's what I needed to know: They write to mix only the amount needed, but no guidelines on how much one full bucket will cover. Also, it seemed messy to weigh out the 4:1 ratio needed to make less. I went with mixing the whole kit. I covered one standard bathtub. I had enough to do two. Had to throw out. They recommend using the Pour Method. Is there another method? They give Step two as the "layering" step, but this needed a video. I looked online for another product's video and that helped. I think I didn't get my layers thin enough, but it was hard to judge without pictures and just the guidance of aiming for a thin layer. There was a lot of product!!! One video warned that the product needed thinning at the drain because the epoxy tended to pool there. This was helpful. It also showed me how to use the serrated scooper. The third step is "Smoothing and Bubble". I bought a heat gun and used it to get rid of bubbles, but I think this is the wrong approach. I think the instructions meant to say to use the heat gun for 5 to 10 minutes to PREVENT bubbles. I only used the heat gun for about a minute at a 5 minute intervals. There weren't that many bubbles. But, the next day I had a lot of bubbles. The finish is so beautiful, I decided to ignore the bubbles. The fourth section was on "Precision Control Standards". In retrospect, I should have read this more closely. It gave the bottom thickness as "<0.5mm, laser verified". If not this thin, the product cracks. Too late now. This section really needs to be put into simple instructions. The "Failure Risk" for using the heat gun too close is "embrittlement." A photo would have been nice. Using both metric and Imperial systems would also have been nice. So, I have bubbles, a small hairline crack and a little too much thickness at the drain. I still gave it 4 stars because my tub looks so great. Here's hoping it lasts. I do plan to buy a bathmat as it looks slippery.

Not odorless, hard to work with, unsafe despite safety measures taken
First of all, the item we received was not DWIL, it was labeled Verny and had different instructions. The company did respond to our questions about application and it was similar but not exact. Next, there is definitely a smell. A very strong smell. And our contractor actually passed out from the fumes despite ventilation and wearing a respirator mask for professionals. He had neurological symptoms for a few days. The mask plus an open window plus circulated air should have been safe, but it was not. Lastly, despite using a heat gun to set and remove air bubbles, it continued to produce bubbles for hours after it was put on. I will say it self leveled pretty well after he fell and left ripples in the epoxy, as the ripples did level out. However on other areas we could see the ridges from the scraper that never leveled out. And since ventilation needed to happen there were a lot of fuzzies that ended up in it as well. It was not easy to work with, and I would not recommend it. Our counter will need to be sanded and redone with a different material, or we will just have to replace the whole thing.
