Was so easy to put together, it’s a beautiful addition to our home. Super easy to clean since it’s faux wood and the pad can be thrown in the washer. We have a Bichon Frisé and he fits perfectly. It’s super sturdy and he’s not able to escape.

Pretty simple to put together, except pone of the tubes was missing the female part that has to be screwed into. I was right in the middle of assembling it. There’s no customer support, but I wanted to finish it today anyway. I ended up gerryrigging a nut in its place and it worked out fine. It seems pretty sturdy. I wouldn’t recommend it for crate training. My newly adopted dog, Tilly loves her crate, I’m not concerned about her breaking out of it and I wanted something that looks nice.

I have 2 cats, One shown in the picture! But this is the cutest little crate for bedtime! Unfortunately as my 2nd gets older I'll have to get something bigger but I did see another review of a lady putting 2 together some by side so ill probably do that but this little crate took maybe 20 mins to put together. It was super easy! The little mat it came isn't the thickest so ill eventually replace that but still 5/5 stars! Love it and highly recommend!

This was an addition we didn’t know we needed. I originally ordered this to stage our home to sell, and I love it! It’s a beautiful alternative to the big plastic crates we’ve used in the past. The quality is surprising for the price and we love it! Our golden doesn’t try to get out but flops against the gate pretty often and it’s super durable. It fits him perfectly as a medium sized dog. We get compliments all the time for how nice it looks and we are definitely happy with it.

Unfortunately the side door was broken after barely 2 hours of use, the welds are extremely poor. Really not happy considering the price and the time it took to construct. **Update 8/24 I called amazon to return this item, the box it came in was not able to be used since it had been outside and rained on, the representative said that was fine and to just leave a note on the assembled item and Amazon would pick it up. When Amazon came, they took the empty destroyed box instead of the item and after a couple of days the return status switched to "lost in transit." I called again and explained the situation and the representative scheduled another day for Amazon pickup to take the item. The gentleman arrived and said he couldn't take it that evening but that he'd be back the next morning. He did not arrive the next day. I called Amazon customer service and AGAIN they scheduled a pick up. The gentleman arrived and said he couldn't take an item without it being packaged and left. I called Amazon support for a fourth time and was then told that the item has to be in the box and that I had to pay to package it, even though they took and lost the original packaging. They said there is nothing else that can be done on their end. I think this is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon and don't think I will be renewing my prime membership next year. What a ridiculous waste of time.
