works as it should! As a 35 year auto mechanic and have been using air tools most of my career the electric version of this works the same as the pneumatic version. It has no torque for breaking loose anything but it is only a ratchet it is not a torque wrench. I got exactly what I was expecting from this unit. I give it five stars as the batteries charge fast and the usefulness minus a hose.

I was amazed that the small batteries last for a long time. I was able to use to take all parts off for alternator swap in 2016 jeep, not small job. Removed all bolts and reinstalled everything and never even used other battery charging. Ryobi same ratchet I was constantly swapping larger batteries. Recommended

I use this ratchet 6 days a week in harsh environments and have for the last 2 years It has never given me any issues although I will recommend disassembling and greasing the head every so often. Ps. With a little modification you can use Walmarts HyperTough 12v batteries with this ratchet as well It’s definitely worth the money
