Last week I read an article on HGTV with simple DIY projects that can enhance your curb appeal. Magnetic garage door "windows" and hardware was one of them and I thought that was exactly what my 20 year old house needed, so I found these reasonably priced ones here on Amazon. They are 4 x 6 and I knew they wouldn't exactly fit right with the panel size of our door. So we thought we might be able to cut them. Well, cutting 32 would have been quite a chore and to get them all perfect was just too daunting a project, so instead of using 4 per panel, we just turned them and used 3 magnets per panel. Voila! You'll see they worked just fine for us. Absolutely love these products and what a cool, very inexpensive, fast way to make your house look great. As for them holding up, well, I have no idea since we just finished about 5 minutes ago, but we have 8 extra just in case any of the "windows" get ruined. Don't hesitate to get these...... they truly enhance your curb appeal! Thanks to HGTV for such a great idea! Update: We just had a horrific storm here with outrageous winds and rain and lost some tree branches, but not any movement or problems with the new garage jewelry! So, trust me, they will stay on great!

These are awesome. I wanted to add a little something to our plain white doors. I also wanted a little different look than the carriage pattern. I’m so happy that I could turn these sideways and they fit what I envisioned perfectly! Easy to put on and so far are staying well!

Buying a new garage door is expensive, so I wanted to do something to make our current garage door look better. I ordered these, and I am absolutely obsessed with how my garage door looks! It looks like a brand new door! The magnets are easy to put on and move, but also strong enough to stay put. It comes with a magnetic ruler to get the spacing correct, which was very helpful. From a distance you could never tell they were magnets. Very happy with these!

These were easy to put up and make a huge difference! One pack was enough to do both doors. The only problem was that I found out these doors aren’t identical so the measurements for one didn’t work for the other! Not a fault of the product. Who knew??!
