This worked as expected only issue is after use the tape keeps sticking to the cutter making it difficult to use after a few tools of tape. The quality is good and the price for the money is good worked as it should until the glue gets stuck on there and don't work very well anymore

The tape is just tape, does the job. However, the dispenser is not the greatest. Easy enough to load the tape and set it up, but the holder of the tape, this little metal piece does not stay tight and the tape moves around. You have to keep moving the tape to stay on the correct side and it is not as good quality as an industrial or better built one. Several times it sticks to itself, and sometimes not. On occasion it works perfectly fine, but you have to adjust it occasionally to keep it well placed in order to just tape your box. It is working for what I need right now, but I would next time buy a better quality one. Hopefully this is the last move, so I won't need to buy another one. ... show more

I received this item free as an Amazon Vine reviewer and this is my honest review. I only review items I will actually use, and use I do, prior to writing a review. A tape gun is a tape gun, right? Well, I used to think this way until I ordered these to try. The body is steel and very rigid. The handle is very comfortable for those long packing sessions, and has a silicone wrap that provides a lot of grip, especially in a sweaty warehouse. The tape is easy to load and dispense with the adjustable tension knob. Overall this tape gun just has a quality and well engineered feel. The tape itself is the crystal-clear type, a plus for using to adhere shipping labels. It is strong and sticks well to shipping boxes. I am pleased with the tape’s performance. As I do at the end of all my reviews, I ask myself if I would actually purchase this item. I would not buy this package if I just needed tape, obviously, but if/when these tape guns breaks or grows legs and walks off, I will purchase them again. ... show more
