I'm not a concrete finisher but I am a temporary ready mixer driver/operator and so I do get these boots very wet and often into some wet cement that does have chemicals in it, as most cement boots do. After about 8 months the left boot began leaking from whatever I stepped in, mostly muddy water and/or cement and water. A day or two later, the right boot did the same. So I wouldn't recommend these boots for cement finishers but for drivers their "okay." ... show more

PROS: o MADE IN USA!!! o affordable, as boots go o easy on and off CONS: o none so far Had a pair of Made In USA Ranger steel toed rubber boots that I have owned for 10 years+, and they started to crack where the boot flexes near the toe. Apparently they are no longer in business, so I started looking for another made in USA brand. Stumbled across these and ordered a pair. So far, I am VERY pleased, they go on and off much more easily than my old boots. They are a LITTLE bit bigger than the Ranger boots (both are size 9) but that will work better in cold weather when I wear thicker socks. The durability remains to be seen, but I am absolutely satisfied and pleased so far. ... show more
