I really like this desk. I've been wanting a standing one that doesn't break the bank and this one does the job well. It was very easy to put together, only one person needed and the instructions were very clear. Once installed it works like a charm. The control panel has simple controls; up, down, and 3 programmed settings (1 to lower all the way down, 2 to go mid height and 3 to go all the way up). I put my treadmill pad underneath and get my steps in while I work. I just got this the other day. I bought the 40 inch black desk. I was very impressed with how easy it was to put this together. The instructions are simple and easy to understand. It does come with an Allen wrench, Phillips screwdriver, and extra screws. I recommend if you’re looking for a desk that looks nice, but don’t have a ton of a room to purchase this one. I bought it to work from home and have two large monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc. sitting on it and there’s still plenty of room. I love it that it moves up and down by pressing a button and it does have two hooks to install underneath so you’re able to hang a headset or bag on either side. Great desk! ... show more

Desktop is not one continuous piece. It is 3 separate pieces. This matters because depending on your use strength or vibration may be more of a factor. The three piece top is nearly impossible to line up so they are flush with each other. The center support is 3 separate pieces and does not seem strong or very stable. Durability is another issue, with the three separate desktop pieces and the three parts of the center support, there are a lot of areas for potential failure. I should have researched a little more before ordering because I plan to use for a heavy duty sewing machine and honestly I'm not sure it can handle the vibration. My previous table was an ikea crank adjustable table and it was very heavy duty but has been discontinued. I had to sell before a move cross country, now I regret it.
