This is perfect for home use. I have dumbbells that go from 5 - 100 lbs and this holds them all. I was worried the 100 lbs would be too much. But, the unit held the 100 lbs and there were no issues on my end. These will be great for deadlifts and farmer's carry exercises in the yard. The unit itself is very solid and I don't have too much to complain about.

Wish it didn’t have the foam attached to the bar. Other than that, it’s way more solid than I expected. The clasp mechanism is great, and the way it lets the weights rotate is good. It’s not a full free swing around which I was worried about (because the center of gravity would shift around a lot during movements). Instead it has some resistance so even when the weights rotate it doesn’t throw off the center of gravity much. I tested it with 30 lbs dumbbells on each side and had 0 problem. Idk if it will hold 200lbs but if you really need that much weight just get a normal bar

It works with my Power Block adjustable weights, which is great news. Much more solid than expected. All steel. It’s compact which is nice, but the thin/short bar and foam grip leave something to be desired if you are accustomed to using a real barbell. Still for what this can do, it’s a great value.

This weight bar turns my old BowFlex dumbbells into something new and exciting. The bar is solidly made and easy to use. It fits the dumbbells perfectly . I do have concerns about stability. First of all having dumbbells on a bar is already a balancing act. Top that off with a pivoting bar handle and you feel like the weights are going to jump out of your hands. At first this is weird. It takes some getting use to but it will happen. Additionally, I hear that the wobbliness of the bar may be a benefit towards your training. It helps develop a stronger core.
