I purchased a Japanese tea set several weeks ago, but when it arrived, I discovered that the white tray was broken. However, everything else was in good condition. I immediately contacted the seller, Eletree, and followed up with them a couple of times. After two weeks, I received a new tray. The design of the set is beautiful and has a traditional Japanese style. The seller was also very accommodating and helpful, so I give them a thumbs up.

One can argue the size of cups because that up to ones preferences, but pouring quality is not so great. You tea gonna spell all over. Nevertheless, i would give this tea set firm 4 stars. I dont regret buying it

I read a review about this very product last year and the customer was displeased and claimed it was too “fragile”. I tested the product in December of 2023 to now in the new year and I have yet to see why that customer was so unhappy and disappointed. It’s easy to clean, the quality superb and the tea you use, will definitely taste better if you understand tea ceremony preparation and steaming for loose leaf tea and bag tea. This set can be used for work or in your home kitchen. They have a variety of styles to choose from, so I would give the store a try if you’re looking to impress, show off a collection or to just have a nice tea set in general. This should be self-explanatory but, when you pour scolding hot water into the pot, do not handle carelessly. The entire pot will be hot. My suggestion is to put the tea pot on the tray that comes with it or a cloth, kit hen cloth or some kind of thick fabric prior before pouring and allowing tea to steep. Should you want to move it, you won’t burn yourself.
