  • An incredible keyboard
Size: Cherry MX2A Blue Style: 100% Black
Of all the keyboards I’ve bought over the years, this is the best. The keys feel great, it is responsive and sturdy, and when writing, the keyboard actually keeps up with me, which is a wonderful change of pace. Key travel distance is perfect, the keys don’t have too much resistance, and they aren’t too clicky. I haven’t used it for gaming, but I imagine it’s just as good there as it is for writing, and for writing, it is an incredible asset. ... show more

  • Excellent despite some flaws
Size: Cherry MX2A Red Style: 100% Black
I bought this keyboard mainly for the performance, the connectivity options and the price. Performance-wise, I can't complain. It seems to register all of my key-presses, unlike my previous gaming keyboard that would drop some keys if you pressed too many at once, leading to some problems in some games. The keys feel nice and aren't too loud either, and you are given the option of wired, Bluetooth for multiple devices, or 2.4ghz wireless. It also feels heavy and durable, which was a surprise. The inclusion of a key cap remover is also welcome. Some caveats: - It doesn't have much LED control, and the lighting is weird and buggy sometimes, making some keys not light up right. It seemed to be an afterthought. - The hotkeys for the functions of the keyboard, such as switching devices, or changing LED options, is confusing. The instructions are not well-written and I had to find out that fn+space gives you the ability to set a huge range of colors from Reddit, despite it not being mentioned anywhere on anything that came in or on the box. You may have difficulty figuring out how to connect to things properly, at first. - The wifi dongle, strangely, has no home in the keyboard. You are given a spare key that is extra thick and has a slot in it for the dongle in case you want to replace a key on your keyboard with it. This is extremely odd, and it's unclear why they didn't just create a slot for it to be housed inside the keyboard itself, out of sight. It's also an eyesore. - The key placement is a little cramped between the left side of the keyboard and the numpad compared to other keyboards, which sometimes makes it difficult if you're trying to hit keys on your numpad or your directional keys without looking. These problems didn't really bother me much. I don't really need a keyboard that is constantly flashing a rainbow of colors; The fact that it lights up so the keys are easily seen, it's comfortable, fairly quiet, doesn't drop key presses, and can convert to wireless were my main draws and it delivers on those pretty well. I'd maybe check other keyboards in their lineup to see if one is a bit more to your liking, but this is a solid choice. ... show more

  • BROKE IN 3 MONTHS! DO NOT BUY
Size: Cherry MX2A Brown Style: 100% Black
Less than 3 months and some keys stopped working. the "warranty" is for 30 days! So unless it breaks within the first couple of weeks, you're outta luck. Very disappointed as I got this for my nephew for xmas and it didn't even last 5 months! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ducky mechanical keyboard
Size: Cherry MX2A Blue Style: 100% White
My first mechanical keyboard. Battery life could be better. I recommend using o-rings to quiet the key click. Otherwise, pretty happy with it. Heavier than a standard keyboard, which I like. Not sure what spending more will get you.

  • My second ducky keyboard
Size: Cherry MX2A Red Style: 100% White
I have a Ducky One 2, but it's only backlit with a white light, so I wanted to find something similar within the same price range (~$100) but with RGB. So far, looks pretty much exactly like my Ducky One 2, but rainbow colored! The keycaps aren't as smooth as the Ducky One 2, but isn't a big deal. There's a bit of texture of the keycaps for the Ducky Zero 6108. Haven't had the chance to use the keyboard for too long yet, but satisfied for now. ... show more

  • Great batter, slight echo, layout is OK
Size: Cherry MX2A Blue Style: 100% Black
PROS This is a very easy keyboard to use. I love the clickiness of the blue switches, very satisfying. It's easy to tell when you've actuated a key and they don't require a lot of pressure. It's very comfortable to use. The lighting effects are basically like every other keyboard, but are good. I love the wireless options. It conserves battery effectively. After 2 days of normal (9 hours) use and 3 days sitting idle it's still at full charge. I'm using the 2.4GHz wireless USB connection. CONS There is a slight echo after the keys are pressed. This is the case on cheaper mechanical keyboards I've owned. It's not as loud as others I've used, but it's there and it's annoying. My keyboard lacked a helpful manual, but a short Internet search produced a PDF that guided me through selecting the correct connection option. The key layout is almost standard. The lack of space between the alphanumeric keys, the cluster of Ins/Home/PgUp/Del/End/PgDn, and the number pad is annoying. I'm a touch typer, so I have to take a little extra time to orient myself when I stray to the right side. A more standard layout surrounds these other key clusters with open space, which would have been helpful on this keyboard. OVERALL I'm satisfied with this keyboard and will use it for daily work for the time being. I prefer this over a few other mechanicals I ordered. For the price and the options, this is a great keyboard for everyday use. ... show more

  • finicky
Size: Cherry MX2A Red Style: 100% Black
I wish I could undo this purchase. I use this with dongle (which I had a tough time to identify) plugged into a usb switch to share the keyboard between 2 computers. It just stops working a lot and I have to power off/on the keyboard quite a few times a day. Charging has been finicky and even after being plugged (usb) for charging all weekend its dead. The usb3 plug is in a poorly located spot and puts stress on the port and the cable hole is narrow and limits the use of some usb cords. The manual is absolutely the worst, the WORST. What is a flashing Red ESC? (google it).... what are the BT mode 01- 04? And yes there is no App so you cannot manage the KB or see battery level but I knew this before the purchase but was not aware of how big a pain it would be. When its working and I'm not losing functionality its good, responsive and nicely built. But its half baked and needs more engineering to make it a great keyboard. Wish I could return it. ... show more
