My husband told me not to get a refurbished remote, but after reading the reviews, and the fact that my son liked the cammy look, I decided to get it considering the cost. I do not regret it. My son loves it and it works great with his PS5.

    • Good but disappointing
The DualSense controller is fantastic. It feels high quality and the sticks and triggers are amazing. The rumble is incredibly satisfying. However my Camo DualSense came and the D-pad was very squeaky when you press it to the right, as were a few of the buttons. I saw only a few other people had squeaky buttons or D-pad. So maybe I am one of the unlucky few. However I’d like it to be out there that not all of them are perfect. So far the only fix that I have found for this, other than exchanging it for a different one, is to take it apart and put keyboard lube on the buttons. Edit: A week after making my original review my controller started producing an electronic whine while on. I attempted changing all settings: light bar, data over usb instead of Bluetooth, a factory reset, and even resetting the firmware. Nothing I attempted helped with the coil whine. I did contact Amazon and they sent out a new controller. My new controller has not produced any whine or other buzzing sounds. I have no idea why my original controller started doing this. My white controller that came with the PS5 has not had any issues at all. Otherwise the new one still had a bit of creaking from the buttons when pressed. But not as bad as my original. I would hold onto the box and test your controller for a few weeks before keeping it forever. I have no idea why the camo one has had issues for me. I would like to test other colors and even get a second white one as well. ... show more
