I bought this sink about 10 months ago. Love everything about it. I recently had the water temp sensor started leaking water. It was a constant drip. I contacted customer support thru Amazon. They apologized for the issue and send the replacement part to me asap. No questions asked. They followed up twice to make sure I was up and running again and my issue was resolved. The media could not be loaded. Works like advertised. I installed it with the manual and I’ve never done anything with plumbing or sink related lol. Just be ready to buy water supply line extenders! When I went to attach the hot and cold water lines to my outlets under my sink, the were about an inch to short. I have a standard sink and area under the sink is pretty common as far as measuring goes but I think they could provided longer water supply lines for the price of this sink. And you can’t use your old water supply lines because they come permanently attached to the faucet and waterfall ports etc… so I had to go to Lowe’s and get water supply line extenders.

I NEVER saw myself purchasing a sink that cost this much, and I didn't! I bought a prep station, work space, sink and work of art! I am in love with it. I'm not constantly cleaning the counters or fighting for space while I prep to cook. Oh yea, washing dishes is a little more fun and a lot less painful. Not to mention when people come over it stops them in their tracks. They have to go play with it.

The sink is well built, however be aware that the plastic tubing for the plumbing is very cheap. Also none of the plumbing parts are compatible with american plumbing parts, this means you are going to have to purchase reducers, or change all of your plumbing to fit 1/2 inch, you are also going to have to change your plumbing and create a new trap as the strainer comes with a plastic cup built in to create a trap that won't work with the rest of your plumbing, i.e. dishwasher hook up. This is going create a double trap which is not recommended. Lastly it doesn't tell you that you need to have a T at your waterline shut off valve to install the small drinking water faucet, and it was clear to me that most water filters come with a 3/8 inch line and the water faucet is a 1/4 inch line so again reducers were needed to install the filter. No tubing came with the water faucet just a quick connect. Overall the product is a nice, but alot of work to install and alot of extra cost.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 33x22" Double Waterfall Kitchen Sink (9 Gauge Stainless), and unfortunately, it has been a nightmare experience. I cannot recommend this product for several reasons: Defective Water Mixer: The sink mixer is faulty. It is not releasing any cold water, only hot water. I urgently need a replacement water mixer from the seller. Missing & Defective Hardware: Two fastener screws were missing from the package. Additionally, the fastener for the cup cleaner is stripped/slipping and will not tighten properly. Material Quality: The listing claims this is stainless steel, but the sink itself looks and feels more like aluminum. It does not feel like high-quality 9-gauge steel. Installation Issues: Be aware regarding the plumbing connections—this required a structured 3/4" shut-off valve setup. Sunk Cost: I have already paid over $500 for professional installation. Since it is already glued and installed, I cannot tear it out to return it without losing a significant amount of money and time. Verdict: Please do not waste your time or money on this sink. The quality control is nonexistent. Seller.
