Are controls in the back of the unit a new thing now? Who thought it was a good idea? I keep raising the temperature, because that's where my hand has to hold the shaft. This is insane! There's no getting used to it or adjusting. The hair dryer is ok. It pushes too much air with diffuser on, so my curls are not as tight as with my previous hair dryer. Cool shot only works if you're right-handed. Bottom line, the controls are in a bad location. The only scenario where it would work is if you're a stylist and the hair dryer is always pointed away from you.

This is a beautiful hairdryer and a significant upgrade to what I was using before! I love how quiet it is, and the motor and air current is very strong. I like that it is adjustable in terms of temperature and wind speed. The attachments attach magnetically which makes them very easy to switch out. The storage bag it came with is very luxurious and high quality as well. It is so much more compact and light compared to my old hair dryer, too, and stores very easily in my drawer. Worth the investment for me.

I bought this for two reasons, light weight and able to take to Thailand. I don't go til later this year so I hope it works and their are no problems. pros: dries quickly and light weight. like that it has 3 speeds and 4 temps. cons: temperature buttons in odd place, I keep bumping it and increasing the temp by accident. also, I feel the lowest speed setting is still too high. but I will keep it so I can travel with it. love that it folds up.
