I’m a nature lover and photographer and need to get around outside better than I can with crutches. The FH10’s front-wheel drive really beats my older wheelchair’s rear-wheel drive in getting me out there. The older chair has swivel casters in front that go out of line from even small obstacles to change direction or even stop the chair. Once front castors are misaligned, it’s very hard to stay on an off-road trail or even get around trees and bushes out in the open. In contrast, the FH10 gets me where I need to go. The FH10’s 16-inch front drive wheels will cross up to about 3” obstacles with minimal steering effect, and 250 watts of power to each wheel is 66% higher than my old chair, so it powers over stuff where my old chair would stall. I’ve driven it through foot-tall grass, over bumpy ground and through woods with no problems I couldn’t handle while seated in the chair using the controller. It turns around on a dime, which is handy in tight quarters, and admittedly, has gotten me out of some sticky off-road situations without incident. The FH10 is 26” deep by 20” wide back and 23” wide front, with an 18” high seat. It’s so stable that even empty, it’s hard to turn over in any direction, except if you lean way forward or stand on the footrests, it can tip toward the front until the footrests contact the ground (3-5” adjustable). But it has never tipped over. I’ve stayed safe going straight up and down slopes in clear woods, fields, and dirt roads at slopes not more than about twice a handicap ramp slope of 8.3%. For loose gravel or wet grass, I don’t go much above the ramp slope. The chair’s manual brakes (in addition to its electromechanical brakes) are handy for safe parking on slopes. Notes: The FH10’s weight is double my old chair (90 lbs. vs 40 lbs.). But since most of the added weight is below seat level, it lowers the center of gravity and adds stability. Despite its weight, even folded, the 16-inch wheels work to roll it up to and on into my pickup bed or wife’s car trunk. The user manual warns not to use it in the rain, but I use a rain poncho that covers me and everything below, so it has kept dry so far. The rear wheel suspension system is an excellent design for stability, but needed new compression springs suitable for my weight – less than half the 330-pound user design. Mujocooler was very helpful on this, and paid for the fix to be done locally. I recommend the FH10 as a great all-terrain wheelchair, and I recommend Mujocooler to buy from. Received the chair but one pf the rear wheel brackets was broken. I contacted the seller and they sent a new replacement part . Very good service! My only disappointment is that the rear attendant control does not allow the chair to move very fast. It makes sense that it would be designed to go slower, but the fastest speed makes it hard to walk slow enough behind it. Why not have it closer in speed to the main controller? I will need to come up with a way to move the front control to the back and near the attendant. Otherwise it seems solid.

This wheelchair is awesome! Has all the features i had been looking for. The hand brake when set makes the chair solid like a rock. I can still stand and pivot in place. This strong stability in the wheelchair is so helpful. The larger wheels and motors in front makes the wheelchair drive over rough surfaces easy. Highly recommend this electric wheelchair. It arrived on time and packaged very well. This is a great seller also.

I received the chair yesterday and apparently it had been dropped during shipping, and the battery cage was bent. A friend straightened the bent metal and all is well. Unit functions perfectly and I am a very happy man. Customer service from the shipper was immediate and helpful. Thanks and I look forward to using the chair for many years. The chair is fast, turns extremely well and quiet. It sits a bit taller than my previous wheelchair. The legs insert and swing in or out to make transfers easy, however, they are higher than the frame. I put a cushion on the seat and that prevented any pressing on my outer legs. I had to contact the seller directly to get the backup alarm to turn off. They responded within a day! A minor note, is going down ramps, I have tipped forward. My footplates caught me but it was unnerving. I still give 5 stars for the maneuvering and customer service support.

The rear controller is useless it moves at a snails pace literally. I got this because our daughter is blind and had a stroke so she can't control the front controls and the rear one is useless.
