The dtf printer was the poorest choice I could have made in purchasing a dtf printer. They are running a scam. The software used is a pirated (cracked) version of a software and windows does not allow you to install properly. Therefore no matter of the machine works. The software can’t communicate with it. This company is a Chinese company and there’s no way for you to get in any real communication with them. Their website doesn’t work out here in the United States because it’s Chinese based who knows if it even works in China, so the advertising and promoting that they have a 24 seven team you can reach out to is false. Don’t fall for this scam like I did. I would give this thing minus stars, but it doesn’t let me. ... show more

I love this printer! My prints are vibrant and beautiful. Initial setup seems intimidating but watch the videos make notes and it is simple, you will be printing and pressing in no time.

Horrible, instructions are not clear the tutorial given doesn't have the parts that were given. And the software is not the software that is on the tutorial. Can't clean correctly can't prints correctly. If instructions and software was the right one thats supposed to come with it then maybe it would possibly be great. Very good product, it was difficult to install the printer software but the tech support person was very friendly and helped me install the software and helped me with all my questions, a good quality printer for the money.

I was having issues getting started, but tech support was great at helping me get it started. They were with me every step of the way. I am in love with this machine 😍 the printouts are vivid and this machine is so worth the money. I will update in 30 days to see how its going, but so far so good.
