Bought these for my boat. First of all I’m no audio expert when tuning amps but I put these on a DS18 NXL4 amp which is a 150rms per channel amp. Sound is amazing and they’re way louder than I need with an outboard jet. Very clear audio as well. Someone who really knows what they are doing could probably make these even better. As far as marine durability, I left the plug in my boat and water was up to the front deck halfway up to the 10” speaker for 2-3 days before I knew it and they still work just the same as the day I installed them. Would buy again ... show more

I bought these speakers "used - like new" and they arrived in perfect condition with all he hardware and original box. They look and sound great, they keep a quality sound at high levels without clipping. They are well built and sturdy, and I like the design of the grill as well. They come with built in led lighting, but you will need to buy a additional controller if you want to change colors. They sound great. And the speakers look like and feel like good quality. Three things that need work. 1. Better mounting screws. After only one week on the water they have started to rust. 2. The LED’S could be better. When I ordered them I did not notice that the LED’s where mounted in front of the cone which looks a little cheap in my opinion. They would look much better behind the cone like other manufacturers. (After all these are not cheap speakers) 3. The LED wire harness is way to short. They are useless. But over all I seem to be happy with them. What I really care about is how they sound. They will not disappoint as long as you use the correct amp size to push them. Now let’s see if they with stand time on the water and sun. ... show more

My boat has a Fusion Black Box 4 zone system with four 6-1/2” two-way speakers. The system lacked the depth and punch I was wanting. So I added this pair of speakers powered with a Kenwood 600 watt Marine Amp. This set up has plenty of bass and these 10” two way speakers sound awesome - mids and highs are good too. ... show more
