This is the best! I was using more sticky grips before but they weren’t working so well and they didn’t allow me to move as smooth. This stuff is so great especially if you have sweaty hands like me! I still use heavier grips for tricks but Dry Hands is great especially for low flow.

I thought I was just bad at pole dancing but I was wrong, I guess my hands were just too slippery. I’ve been trying to invert/go upside down for weeks and the first time I used this pole grip I landed it on the first try! Must have if you do pole fitness/dancing!!!

    • Use to keep no slide socks on my heels

No slide socks don't always do their job so I tried this. It works wonderfully! Just one drop on each heel and my socks stay all day. I heard somebody at my yoga class say they used it to keep their hands from slipping on the mat so it can be used for that as well I suppose.
