Luckily I had a non screen controller that worked with the drone also had to use my phone and the app for video , pics ect. I want to purchase said drone again hoping the first one was defective. Excellent quality beginner drone for a very good deal! This is a really cool drone kit, perfect for my son and I who have never flown one before, and don't want to pay 400+ $$ just to see if it's something we may like! I definitely recommend this low cost kit for beginners, or younger pilots. The kit comes with the drone, 2 extra batteries which is awesome!, comes with the remote which can be used on it own or with your smart phone for live video feed. It folds up very nicely and compact, had a case to carry it, comes with replacement parts as well for any damage that might occur while learning to fly it. So no extra upfront costs with this thing which is fantastic! It is lightweight and fairly easy to fly it does have good level flight, so hovers well. I would recommend not flying on a really windy day because this guy does seem like it will get kicked around with heavy winds. Has several flight features like flught pattern, return home which I was shocked by at it's price point. The camera works really well and have a very clear high res feed was also very surprised with it's quality. This will be super useful for inspection of the house, recording awesome video footage, and just straight having fun. This definitely isn't a super high end but it also doesn't cost even a fraction of what those do so I'm more that happy with the value for the money no doubt! We love it so far and will use it for a while, may even upgrade later on. ... show more

    • So much fun and what an amazing price
This drone allows you to adjust drift on the remote control (although you need to re-adjust over time). The controller has a video screen built in so you do not need to use your phone to get live video while you fly. It looks like there is a micro SD slot but I don't have one to slip in to test if it works. The instructions are minimal and do not address that slot on the controller. The flight controls are easy to use. One-button take-off and landing works great. Seems to hold a stable flight. We are in the deep winter currently so I have not tested it outside. Just in the 2-story familyroom. With that testing, I can say it works much better then my 10 year old $400 drone. basically almost 1/10th the price. This is a great beginner drone. It is not real fancy but has basic drone functions. The arms fold easily to fit into the supplied case. The drone flight time is only about 10 minutes per charge but they do provide two batteries. Again, don't expect this to work like the current drones that cost hundreds of $'s but for under $50, this can't be beat. Great fun by myself and with the kids. ... show more

This is a little fun drone for absolute starters. it contains two battery, a remote control, setup requires an app to installed. Once everything is configured, we started flying indoor.
