This is a very sophisticated electronic device. It is amazing and how quickly this technology went from a specialty item that costed at thousands of dollars to a mass market miracle at a price comparable to many toys, actually cheaper that most toys today. However do consider the overall complexity of setting up and operating this drone. As price suggests, this does not come with very detailed manual, however the small manual included has all essential information. It was sufficient for me to get thru the setup of the drone a phone app. I flew it indoors first and then outdoors. This is only based on my first impression as mastering drone operation will need more practice. Every control works as expected, but keeping it on a desired path and altitude require the ability to make intuitive adjustment on joysticks that I do not yet have. By the time I can decide which direction the drone is facing vs which direction I need it to fly, the drone position may change and my adjustments are no longer applicable... Overall I am very happy with this purchase and will put it in a good use. I plan to use, such as to assess the condition of my roof and gutters without climbing a 30ft ladder. I think any homeowner can use this successfully. ... show more

Great starter drone. Easy to learn to navigate and setup was a breeze. Download the app and you can operate it from there or the controller. I got this to catch some action shots while my kid rides her horses. I practiced awhile in the house in a room that had some space and it takes a few minutes to get the hang of it if you’ve never used one before. Seems well made and came with a few extra propellers. ... show more

This item was well worth the price and my sons enjoyed it. The only complaint is the battery charge doesn’t hold very long.

The drone is very nice and well built., You can hook your phone up to an app for the camera to see where your going and to take pictures and videos. Very easy to control, would recommend to children who are looking to get into flying drones. Would be higher rating but the battery life is not that long, but does come with a spare battery for a fast and easy change to keep flying. ... show more

    • Always read the manual.

This is a good drone for all those who are starting with drone piloting it. It does not matter on the age group. I bought this one for my 10-year-old son and he has figured out most functions. The drone is affordable and amazon delivered on the scheduled date which was in time for my son's birthday. Thanks Amazon ... show more

    • Money’s worth
Color: GreyOrange
I was looking for a reasonably priced drone with camera and came across this item. I decided to give it a try and did not expect much from an item in this price range. The set up was easy. Had it flying in no time. It stood well despite the wind blowing at 10mph. One fully charged battery lasted roughly 10 mins of operation time. It is a good thing that this comes with 2 battery packs. Still has to check the camera once the apps is installed. Overall, based on its operational functionality, I would say this is a good value for money. ... show more
