This Single Exhaust features a 3.0" Mandrel bent pipe that improves the exhaust flow and gives you the distinct tone and reduced back pressure that you normally only get from much more expensive exhaust systems. The pipes are 3.0" mandrel bent and aluminized to increase life. This kit turns and exits behind the passenger rear tire. Our systems are designed to clear OEM receiver hitch as well as OEM size spare tires. This kit is engineered to fit all wheel base applications. These are a basic kit that will include everything from the muffler to the bumper. Sounds great, heavy pipe. 2008 Ford f150 4.6. used the recommended adapter from 2.5" to 3". Used the old hangers from my old pipe And I wire welded the connections rather than use the clamps provided. Has a nice deep tone to it nothing obnoxious, pleasant going down the highway as well. There is a bit of a drone that could be a little wearing on a person if it was constant but seems to be around 50 mph where the engine seems to be lugging just a little bit and it causes an exhaust drone. But I get up to cruising speed and it disappears completely. The muffler and pipes themselves are pretty heavy. I hope they'll last a good long time. The 40 series flowmaster is about as loud as I would want to go. I do have the super 44 on my Jeep but that's a straight 6 cylinder that no way gives the same deep throaty sound as a V8. ... show more

Pretty good setup here, super easy install for the price...I like it, sounds perfect for me, throaty with a good rumble, but not too loud to go to work at 4am...your neighbors will hear it, but its not obnoxiously loud. When you pull away, and get on it, it opens up and sounds great in my opinion. So I just roll softly down the street until I get to the highway. ... show more

Sounds great! Put this on a 2006 F150 5.4. What I didn't realize was the pipe I had to connect to was 2.5", not 3". So, don't listen to amazon when it says the product will fit your vehicle. Took three trips to the parts store to get everything to work together.

The deep rumble that comes from this set up is far better than the straights I have had on the truck now for years. Install took no time at all and everything I needed was provided.

Put on a ‘04 f150 supercrew. Easy to install welded it together and used existing hangers. Good tuned sound but not loud. Simple cat back upgrade that makes it sound like it should’ve from the factory

It's not a easy install but we got it done. I did the resonator delete and it sounds mean! I had to shorten up some of the pipes. The clamps are junk. I had to weld it all together do to all the leaks with just the clamps. But after that it turned out great! It has a awesome rumble sound. It is loud when you take off or get on it but it mellows out at cruising speeds. ... show more
