I bought this for my mom and it is a quality product. She only needs it when shopping where no carts are available, she can walk ok but gets tired and feels more secure holding on. Very sturdy, good storage, handle height is adjustable, so is seat height. Altho it stated no assembly required it does require some assembly which would be quite easy if the instructions were better. It took a while to figure out that the wheels are numbered and the tubes they attach to are also numbered, very easy once you know this, but no mention of this in instructions. You also have to attach handles, I would definitely recommend this rollator if you have the patience to figure out the assembly. It is very light weight & easy for my 90 yr.old dad to get it in trunk of his car. ... show more

Nice walker. Got it for my Mom and she likes it. However, I ordered and paid for a new one. Not one that had been rolled around enough so you can tell it by looking at the wheels. Missing instructions. Something like drool on the seat. I don’t blame this on the walker itself and that’s why I’m rating 5 stars. The only option you get to resolve this is to return it. I don’t want to go through all that because Mom needs the walker and it’s ok just not what I paid for. ... show more

One caveat, if you're buying this for the reason I did (post-back surgery) you'll need a helper to lift this in and out of a car, or fold it while you're on your initial "lifting" restriction. I knew that going in, and it was fine. The walker I was given in the hospital to take home is the classic walker we've seen for decades, the one where your older grandparents had tennis balls on the non-wheeled end. In fact, I did just that to protect my wood floors. That said, it was ROUGH. Outside, I felt every crack in the sidewalk. Any raised lip in the sidewalk and it would catch, as the wheels were too lightweight and small. Every bump like that was a not a great feeling in my surgically repaired back. This walker has large wheels, and rides smoothly over bumps (and doorway thresholds). With two articulating wheels, turning is... well, turning, not the lift and turn I was suffering with prior to getting this Collator. The seat was fantastic if I really just needed to sit and rest for a minute. The basket looked functional, but was a bit below my reach due to bending restrictions... again not all users of this will have that problem. Why not 5 stars? It is a bit heavy (1/2 star) and the folding starts at the bottom and is going to be tough for people with mobility problems. I'm still really glad I had this. ... show more

This is a great safety feature for the handicapped of any age. It functions exactly as described and is designed attractively. The rollator is collapsible but doesn’t lock so can be a little cumbersome when picked up as it may uncollaspse. The simple solution is to secure it with a bungy cord. We bought this as a second, 'at home' option so we could leave the first one we purchased in the car and ready to travel. We have had the first one for several months and find this model to be ideal. The adjustable height of this rollator is better than many others, since it can be adjusted at two levels and works well for my Mom who is under 5.0'. The price is great and about $100 less than available at our local home health care company storefront. The assembly was very easy, with no tools, and well-marked 'match-the-numbers' pieces. I completed it in less than 1/2 hour and my Mom loves it. Highly recommended to provide assistance in walking, handy 'seat' for resting when out and about (so helpful in shopping), and folds easily and lifts pretty well for fitting into the back seat of a car or trunk when using out of the house. ... show more
