For $109.00 I expected better quality. The installation was straightforward and took about 20 minutes to finish the job. There were no leaks and the controls and nozzles worked fine. When I secured the riser to the toilet I got a good look at the parts involved in securing it to the toilet, I had reservations about even sitting down on it to test it out. I checked the cheap plastic lockdown mechanisms on either side of the riser body and the riser seemed to be stable when I sat down for the trial run it DID NOT HOLD. Fortunately, I was holding so I didn't get wet or slip a lumbar disc. Would I recommend this device? In a word, NO!!!! Use caution if you decide to purchase. ... show more

A person with mobility issues is staying at my home temporarily and toilets that hadn't caused them problems previously were now too low for them stand up from. This toilet seat was many times less expensive than the ADA 19" high toilet replacement. The bidet allows them to not require someone to help them clean themselves due to not having that flexibility. Only slight downside is that the plastic turn screws that hold it to the toilet aren't the best design and when tightened down tend to pop the plastic threads and don't hold the seat in place as well as I would expect. The seat hasn't come off during use or standing, so them being as tight as possible doesn't seem to be a critical requirement. ... show more

It is easy to install since it is an all-in-one raised bidet. The dial to operate the water flow is difficult to turn, especially if you have arthritis (like my 92 year old mother). It would be better with a different type of knob or a button system.

Very good for elongated toilet, easy to install, pressure perfect. Height perfect following a Total Knee Replacement surgery. Disclaimer, check your insurance if you have TKA surgery, they DME may be covered. Show company this comes from to insurance carrier for reimbursement if possible.

A very small plastic “insert” controlled the direction of the spray would keep popping out and flooding the bathroom floor. It could not be secured without giving up the option to direct the cleaning water spray. Not worth the cost.
