Very high quality. I like that it came fully assembled and adjusted with no major snap in parts to get lose over time. It is rated at 350# compared to 300# for others. I think the 10"/8" wheels are a good compromise between indoor and outdoor use and it makes it easier to fit in the trunk than the units with 12"/10" wheels. Back up tell me what you're gonna do now. I got kind of punked with the first delivery rollator in an open box, and the rollator was stuck in the folded position. My return and replacement rollator request got processed quickly. Only hassle was taping closed the open box for shipping, and waiting in time window for porch pickup by UPS. Return got confirmed to me several days later. Movin’ on. My replacement Nitro Sprint rollator was delivered in a fully sealed box one day after the return pickup and two days after Santa consumed the milk and cookies I left for him under the tree in my home. The Drive bag was better quality and easier to zip compared to the bag that came with the rollator I had returned. It was somewhat stiff to unfold the replacement rollator for the first time, but I've been rollin’ rollin’ rollin’ ever since. Smooth steering requires both hands for precise maneuvering control which is great. Brakes work the way they should, and adjust well. The toe pedals are a little small but nonetheless can help stabilize the rear wheel while I'm pushing down on the handles to raise the front wheels up and over curbs and similar obstacles. All of the rollator adjustment features are effective and relatively easy to use. The seat is comfortable as is sitting on the folding handle. I always follow the extremely important safety warning to NEVER SIT AND ROLL. I'm glad I had also purchased the cup/phone holder accessory. It is real handy to have, and there are several places to attach the holder to the rollator. I like the bright red color of the frame I got. It makes the rollator very noticeable in the pedestrian mode of use. I find the quality of materials and construction to be top-notch, and the functionality of the rollator is superb. The rollator is worthy of the reasonable investment I made to improve my mobility and help prevent falls. ... show more

I needed some help with my mobility due to hip issues. I spent hours and hours on Amazon and Google researching rolling walkers, more accurately described as Rollator's. I went to a medical supply store and they had the Drive Nitro Sprint for $450. It fit me perfectly, but I wanted to think about it. When I saw it on Amazon for $199 I was very interested to get that one. Lots of good reviews and a few unhappy customers also. It arrived yesterday and testing it in the house on tile floors was amazing with solid performance. After I received it and inspected the item I was happy it ilooked like it would work. I ordered the accessory cupholders, two of them, and also the cane holder. I was interested to take it outside so today I went to a local city park ìtrail with asphalt pavement. I loaded the carrying pouch with electrolyte drinks and attached one of my trekking poles to the cane holder as an extra feature if I need it. I went about 2 1/2 miles out and returned 2 1/2 miles for a total of 5.15 miles. The beauty of this was I could sit down every quarter mile or so and rest and have some electrolytes. There are no sitting benches on most of this trail. Yes the front wheels wobble a little bit and the handles extended to fit my 6'1" frame creak a little bit, but I was very pleased and happy to have this on the walk. It is very well designed and should fit almost all applications where it's needed. It's much easier walking with this than using two trekking poles. Love this walker. Great design and folds up easily. It’s light weight but very strong. Great color and the workmanship is great too. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a walker. The seat is strong yet flexible to fold when transporting. It fits nicely in the back of my KIA Soul. Large front wheels and nice rear wheels. DRIVE makes some great products.     • This is a nice petite type rollator.

This walker is good for shorter people. The handle level adjusts well to my height (4.11). It can be folded by pulling the seat handle and it can stand next to a restaurant table after being folded. It is heavy for me, and my husband needs to fold the rollator and transport it in and out of the car. The bag is big enough to carry small personal items. The seat is padded and comfortable. The backrest is also safe and needs to be folded "out" (Sticking out) as you fold (close) the rollator. I think the frame has been built to support heavy weight, however, I am 100 pounds and petite and I need to push with more strength when walking on uneven terrain (bark, compacted dirt trails). I love having the rollator's brake embedded in the frame! The color (blue turquoise) is nice and one of my friends said it looks very modern. The wheels are silent and glide smoothly around corners on even terrain (asphalt). There is something that could be a safety issue; you must make sure the rollator is fully opened and the sit is completely unfolded before you sit, otherwise it will keep opening as you sit down on it. Unfortunately, I grabbed the sides of the seat to sit down, and the rollator's sit fully opened, so one of my fingers got caught between the seat and the handle bar. I have a small and skinny fingers so it hurt a lot and I needed to ice my finger, but so far it appears to be fine. I had inherited my husband'd old Drive when he passed. Was too high for me and not comfortable. I am happy that I now have the Nitro Sprint. I use it daily to go for walks with the dog and when I have to get to appointments. Easy to load in the car and get down my front 4 steps. Still use my husband's old Drive in the kitchen when washing dishes or cooking. Drive makes quality products so I know I'll be able to use them for years to come.     • Really good rolling walker with a seat

I have used an earlier model of this walker for years due to back pain.Sometimes I feel like the pain in my back is so bad I have to sit down immediately. It is nice to always have a chair with me. It is also nice for carrying boxes too. My husband recently needed a walker to prevent falls. I wasn't sure he would use it very much so I got him a less expensive smaller one from a different brand. Turned out he really liked it and felt safer using it. The problem was the wheels. They were about 5" in diameter and maybe an inch wide. The wheels got stuck on the threshold of our front door and in the crack at the front of the building elevator. He got very frustrated trying to shove the wheels over the obstructions. So I did a search for the brand of walker I have and found this one. He really likes it. The front wheels are big enough they roll right over the things his old walker got caught on. The hand grips can be adjusted for different heights but his tend to not stay where we set them. I have reset them twice and I noticed yesterday they had slipped again. I will have to see if there is something I can tighten. The brakes are good. The seat is comfortable but he does not use it very much. I like the bag on my older model better. Mine is rather rectangular and holds more. His is shaped like a large fanny pack and doesn't have mesh like mine does. You can't see what is in the bag as easily but some people may prefer that for privacy. I use the bag on mine all the time so I don't have to carry a purse. Both models have zippers on the bags but mine is bigger and easier to get into. I really like the way these rollators fold up. All you do is give a strong pull/jerk on the handle attached to the seat. The seat folds vertically and you can squeeze the sides of the seat together until it clicks and it locks in place to make it easier to lift up and put in the car. Then when you get it out you spread the sides of the seat until it locks in the open position. Very easy. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a good walker that rolls and has a comfortable seat, is easy to lift and stores in a narrow place. ... show more

    • Great walker - a little shorter than previous model

My husband has used the Drive Nitro walker tall walker for at least 5-6 years. He prefers it to the walker he originately got from medicare (we use it as a back up now). The only problem we have had is that the brakes wear out and they are so difficult to replace that we have had to get a new walker about every 3 years. The brakes of the old walker gave out yesterday and when our son-in-law tightened them a bit (like he has done before when the gave out), the brake wire broke. We ordered this newer version of the Nitro and we are very hopeful the newer brake configuration will last longer. We decided to order the newer version in blue. My husband likes it - he said the walker feels solid, is easy to maneuver and the new break+handle configuration seem good. I like that it is still light and the way it folds and stays folded when I put it in the car He has only two issues with this new walker. There are 2 curb assist pads on the inside of the frame by the back wheels taking up room for his size 14 feet - the previous version had only one and he had to be careful because did get scratched because of that placement when he got in and out of the car (he has no feeling in his feet because of diabetes). He is concerned because there are now two - and frankly he doesn't see what use they are since to use them he has to try to balance on one foot to push on it to raise the front of the walker and that is a dangerous maneuver for him. The other reason that I took a star off is that the top handles of this version of the tall Nitro walker are about 1.5" shorter when FULLY extended than the previous (red tall Nitro) walker. We raised the handles as far as they could go and stood this walker next to the old one and there is a noticable height difference. Even though this walker is also considered tall, the difference could be and issue if anyone needs the extra height. My husband is 6'3" and even though he noticed the difference in height immediately he feels he can adapt. ... show more
