So let's start off with i built this alone, that is possible and not terribly hard. If you have power tools like a impact driver you can attach socket to that will help speed this up. For me it was about an hour and everything is labeled nice. Onto the machine itself it is easily movable after building and is easy to adjust from hack squat to squat setup. You just move the back rest which pops in and out and flip a switch and thats all. Has ample weight holding pegs and comes with extra bolts and stuff. This machine really helps me work my lower body in a safe way when using alot of weight.

The media could not be loaded. This machine has completely changed the game!! I've been using it for about two weeks. It is incredibly versatile because it has a combination of leg press and hack squat capabilities. Throughout the exercise, the machine provides a smooth and controlled movement. This minimizes any potential for injury and allows me to really focus on the muscle engagement. The machine feels very sturdy and well-constructed. I am fully confident in its durability, even during heavy weightlifting. I find the adjustable features to be fantastic. It is simple and quick to alter the seat, backrest, and footplate angles to target different muscle groups and fit different body types. The combination of two essential leg exercises into one machine is a significant advantage. Comparing it to having separate machines for leg press and hack squats in terms of space savings is great.

The media could not be loaded. I have been rehabbing my knees for a while and finally got to the point where I can start back in weight training and I decided to get this so that I could strengthen my legs without risk of injury in the same way a normal squat would have. It was pretty easy to set up and is strong and surprisingly easy to move around with the wheels on the back. It glides well and the size of it fits in the spot I wanted in the garage.
