I wasted So much time /effort trying to remove brake dust from Harley Spoked wheels. I tried degreasers, chrome/metal polish,and rubbing compound. By hand , I couldn't remove all the buildup , I didn't have the strength, nor could I twist my hands/wrists into the insane angles between the forks/rim. I used my 20 volt drill with these attachments, and was literally pissed at myself for not having tried these days earlier. The bristles are coarse , but they DO NOT harm the finish/plating. They seem much more neat and useful than they really are. The reality is, you end up cleaning something but in doing so whip a 360°circle of dirty soap water all over the place.
