The media could not be loaded. This is a fun and stylish skirt! I initially ordered a size large as recommended, but I ended up exchanging it for an XL for a more comfortable fit. The large felt a bit short and pinched at the waist, but sizing up solved those issues perfectly. The material is a decent thickness, with a lovely black velvet finish as expected. The cut and style are super cute and flattering. I haven’t washed it yet, but so far, nothing suggests there will be any issues. So usually, I’m an XS (measurements are 4’11”, 93 pounds, and a 24-inch waist) - but I wanted the blue patterned skirt SO BADLY. Some of the reviews suggested that it is a little small for an S, so I took a leap of faith and bought it. I also have a pink XS skirt from the same manufacturer, and they are both the exact same size - regardless of what the size chart says, I measured both next to each other, and they’re both about 24.5 inches (or ~61 cm). Just confirming that at least the Small is cut like an XS. But the colors are beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous. It looks even better in person, and the fabric is so smooth and light. It flows really well and feels really good on. The quality of this skirt is astonishing considering the price; it’s so flattering and cute! Just beware that the size may be an issue. It worked out perfectly for me, but it definitely won’t work for others. Maybe consider sizing up to be safe. ... show more

This skirt is great! I am 5’10 ~200 pounds with a long torso and full hips and this fits great! It does tend to ride up a little but it’s a nice look either way. I love this skirt! It’s very flattering on the curvier body, but it does fit a size or two too small for my personal liking. For reference, I am 5’9 and around 210-220 lbs. I have a natural athletic build, on top of needing to lose some weight. Although this skirt is too tight (for the time being) I am planning on keeping it, because it will definitely fit after I lose some weight (working on it) and I’d like to wear it once I get to that point. Definitely size up 1-2 sizes bigger, but overall it’s a very nice skirt. I got mine in black, and I don’t think its too sheer. I’d personally wear it with some bike shorts or leggings. ... show more
