I ordered a size L and size XL in the same burgundy skirt and the 2 fabric textures and shades were different. The large is sleeker, smooth and breathable. It also has more stretch throughout the body of the skirt. The XL size is rougher texture, stiffer fabric that isn't as breathable or as stretchy as the L. It's also slightly darker in shade. They look and fit like 2 different skirts and not the same skirt in different sizes. They both pass for being the a-line that was advertised and they are both 100% polyester, I was just hoping to get the same skirt as I'm torn between sizes (using it for my velma costume for edc) in terms of how I want it to fit and sit on my body as well as texture (I hate rough clothing). Please be aware as you're going into larger sizes that the material is thicker and more textured !! For reference, I am 5'3" wearing size 16 pants and I was getting this to sit very high at my waist like a mini skirt to wear shorts underneath. ... show more

So usually, I’m an XS (measurements are 4’11”, 93 pounds, and a 24-inch waist) - but I wanted the blue patterned skirt SO BADLY. Some of the reviews suggested that it is a little small for an S, so I took a leap of faith and bought it. I also have a pink XS skirt from the same manufacturer, and they are both the exact same size - regardless of what the size chart says, I measured both next to each other, and they’re both about 24.5 inches (or ~61 cm). Just confirming that at least the Small is cut like an XS. But the colors are beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous. It looks even better in person, and the fabric is so smooth and light. It flows really well and feels really good on. The quality of this skirt is astonishing considering the price; it’s so flattering and cute! Just beware that the size may be an issue. It worked out perfectly for me, but it definitely won’t work for others. Maybe consider sizing up to be safe. ... show more
