When I used the Rotary Tool for the first time, there was a problem with it restarting after turning it off briefly. I contacted customer support by email. Within a few minutes of sending the email I received a very nice response with instructions about how to return the tool for service. I returned the tool as instructed. The tool was returned to me repaired within two weeks. This is awesome customer service that other manufacturers/sellers could emulate. As for the tool itself, it exceeds my expectations. This is the 5th Dremel rotary tool I have owned. Three of the other tools were corded and one was a first generation cordless. I have donated the tools to groups that will put them to good use. This rotary tool is significantly more powerful than my first cordless Dremel. It has a great feel in my hand and appears to be very sturdy. As usual, Dremel is a good brand and the tools are sturdy but light. Very practical for different work, I'm using it to cut hole in my iron door to install a lock. But also for wood work and polishing. Can only recommend it.

Saved me 25$ and feels like I got a brand new. Came in an official dremel reconditioned box which was super legit a little worrying but opened it up and found my dremel looking brand spanking new. Love the deal no need to buy a absolutely new one unless the reconditioned are out of stock.

Man, when I say this thing beat my expectations. Out this world. I never had one and always thought it wouldn't have enough power. But the battery charger is in my opinion convenient. Charges quickly. Never used a whole battery. The bag is good to keep it inside and the bits also fit in the slim bag.
