This matress feels very comfortable not too soft or to firm. I purchased for my young adult daughter and she seems to be happy with it. The only thing I don't like is when you sit on side of the bed it tends to sink in to the point you can't sit there without sliding. The rest of the mattress feels good. I like to sit on the side of my bed but this is my daughter's bed not mine so it's fine but it is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 its also a great value for the price set up was also easy just open the plastic and watch it expand but be careful it's a little heavy.

I got this for my guest room bed. We've had the mattress for about a month or so now. A recent bout of flu in our home meant I spent a few nights in the room to quarantine. The mattress is really comfy and I was really surprised at how little smell I could detect from off-gassing. It's soft but has enough firmness to support my older back. I have one hip that doesn't play well with me being a side-sleeper on most mattresses. It's fine on the very expensive memory foam mattress in my bedroom, but most hotels and such are a no-go. In my illness, I needed to sleep on my side to breath better and this mattress let me do that without issue. It came in a box and was compressed, and when we opened it, it took about a day for it to fully fluff up. We did it in the guest room and I didn't detect any strong chemical smells from it. Now, I did open a window and get the ceiling fan going in anticipation of off-gassing after we opened it, and that probably helped quite a bit. But, honestly, a few weeks later, when I laid down on it the first night, I didn't smell anything coming from it. It has held shape really good and does restore itself after I get out of bed. For the price, it's a really good mattress.

Just like Goldilocks I like my mattress not too firm, not too soft, but jusssst right. This one is perfect. It is well made and well packaged, it even includes a tool to open the tight packing safely. Watch out when you open it, it springs open into a size that you can’t believe fit it in the box! It has a good height right away but we waited a couple days to make sure it was fully inflated before use. We have used it a little while now and are sleeping much better.
