I am a 6’ tall 160 pound woman and saw a review that suggested a size large so that’s what I originally bought. It fit but was very tight so I returned and got an XL which is what is in the pictures. It is still pretty tight and could be longer in the torso but still fits so I’ll be keeping it. I wasn’t sure what size to get and by reading the reviews I chose a Medium. I’m 154 pounds, 5’6 , size 38D. There is some stretch but if your top is any bigger than a D you would need the next size up because it is a little snug around the chest area but not enough to hurt or annoy me.
