Love this mattress, the bed holds you in all the right ways. If you sit on the bed it will sink down a lot it works best laying down distributing your weight. It takes a little getting used too but I’ve quickly fallen in love with it.

I ordered 2nd mattress with unpacking service 2 days later. The delivery driver and service man moved the first one in 5 minutes. Very nice. I tipped them with big appreciation. About a week in and I love this thing! No issues with smells, no issues with it coming in to shape. Extremely comfortable, and supportive. I have a cooling cover on it, and it seems to remain cool throughout the night. I shopped around to test similar mattresses, the 15 inch ultra luxury hybrids, and this one is very comparable to everyone that I tried So far, so good… ... show more

I am beyond disappointed with my experience purchasing the DreamCloud Ultra 15 King Size mattress. The mattress itself is great and we spent over 2k dollars to find a solution to help my husband’s severe back pain. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a frustrating nightmare because of DreamCloud’s terrible customer service and careless shipping errors. My husband suffers from severe back pain, which is exactly why we invested in what was advertised as a premium mattress designed for comfort and support. Instead, DreamCloud shipped the WRONG mattress entirely. I get it, it happens! Human error is okay. However, the solutions provided were below subpar. We were told he will receive the correct mattress in a few weeks, but in the meantime he can’t use the mattress. This would be fine if we could get a faster turnaround on replacement. We had gotten rid of our old mattress in anticipation of the new one’s arrival. So now, couch or floor will have to do! After waiting for delivery and preparing for relief from his chronic pain, we were left with a product we never ordered and that does absolutely nothing to help his condition, and told to basically kick rocks in the meantime. What made this even worse was the complete lack of urgency or empathy from customer service. Representatives were dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in reading scripted responses than actually fixing the problem. For a company that markets itself as luxury sleep and exceptional customer care, DreamCloud failed on every level. Shipping the wrong mattress to someone dealing with severe back pain is not a minor inconvenience. The stress and physical discomfort this caused my husband should never have happened, but more importantly should be taken as seriously as the money they have in their hands from us. I would strongly caution anyone considering DreamCloud to think twice before spending thousands of dollars with a company that clearly does not value its customers once the sale is complete. Super comfortable. But….this is not a medium nor a firm bed. I still sleep great in this bed, breathable and cool. Very hard to get out of, gotta roll out of it. 1. Because it is comfortable. 2. Because it is to soft to get leverage. If you need a firm bed, get the other Dream Cloud styles NOT the Luxe. Sometimes I sleep on the Dream Cloud memory foam in the spare room for some firmness, as I have always been a firm bed person, but I love my Luxe. ... show more
