I was skeptical and researched a lot because it is a big purchase and a major inconvenience should it not work out, but I'm happy to report that my wife is sleeping very well - her back issues are gone and I'm pretty happy with it also. I should mention however that we're not heavy people, I'm tall and about 220lb so not light, but not overweight and my wife is around 120lb? Also in terms of comfort, it is nice - you lay on it and you feel the mattress giving you the right support whilst feeling comfortable and enjoyable. It's comfortable but was a bit too firm. I weigh 180 lbs and my hips sank down a bit too far. I bought a Niagara sleep solutions ultra soft mattress topper/ cover, and it fixed everything. It's now the most comfortable bed I ever slept on.

I was looking for a bed around $1k but I came across this and it had all the features a $1k bed had so I thought I would give it a try and wow it's amazing you just can't bet the price it's very comfortable and has plenty of support my back has no pain also my shoulders have no pain and I like to sleep on my stomach or side and the bed just conforms to your body it is definitely worth it for the price. ... show more

Still not sure about this solving my problem. It is better than what I had but I would like it to not be so high. I had a partial femur fracture hip replacement and knee on my right side. The past year has been veery painful. This mattress has helped but I still am not pain free. I gave it 5 stars because it is a lot better than it was. Would like it to be some softer. This mattress is significantly more firm than I ever thought possible given the reviews, and I like a firm mattress. I don’t feel any semblance of memory foam even though it’s a hybrid, and I personally prefer a hard memory foam mattress that gently molds to my body. Nothing about this mattress feels soothing. I’m going to add a topper and see if that helps before returning it. It’s been taking me 1-2 hours to fall asleep the last three nights no matter how exhausted I am. Such a bummer. ... show more
