These are literally the most uncomfortable shoes ever… there was no support for the bottom part where my toes were. If there was any support, it felt super thin as if nothing was there. The style of the shoes gave no support and made it difficult to walk in. I’ve never had problems with walking or running in heels until this one… UPDATE: Amazing service! Liz from Customer Service reached out to me regarding my experience; she was very kind and helpful. They offered me a refund or a new pair of shoes to try, but, I opted out for a refund instead.
