I purchased two pair of these boots for my granddaughters. The color is nice. It was difficult to cinch the closing. The straps barely meet and if you have a medium to small calf, they are loose. Duct tape to the rescue! This problem could be eliminated if the manufacturer would extend the length of the Velcro straps. They worked fine for snow . Spring break fun was rescued with duct tape.

I wanted to get my daughters "rain/winter boots" and absolutely love that these are insulated! These fit great with a bit of room for growth and/or thicker socks! I don't feel these would be ideal for trips to the snow (to play in) but can be used to walk in the snow. I'm no expert though since I just moved to the east coast from Cali. I would feel more comfortable buying a different boot that hugs their upper ankles better to fit snow pants over as these have a wider opening. I ordered the pink and black heart one for my 6y.o. daughter in the kids 2. She is roughly 3ft tall and around 50lbs? She is not your average sized 6yo as her father is 6ft. She wears 7/8 (M) clothing.

My family took a last minute trip to the snow and I ordered these online on a whim. Turns out they were perfect! I bought a pair for both of my kids - a boy and a girl. They are just about a size 11 and I went ahead and bought a size 12. They liked the fit. They worked great in the snow. Plus, my daughter has been wearing these snow boots every day since we got home. (A week and a half as I write this). It's hilarious cause we live on coast of California. It's cold and a little rainy... but certainly not snow boot weather. She loves how cute and comfortable they are!

My title is literally my only issue. My son threw his shoes at school and since he's been in these we've had no issues. He actually always tries to unvelcro the straps which takes more time lol but these are great for him!! Great quality though the zipper sticks because there is cloth behind it which is true with ANY zippers with a cloth behind.
